On April 29, 2021, at approximately 6:25 p.m. the driver of a 2019 Mercedes-Benz came to a stop at a red light at the intersection of Sherman Way and Coldwater Canyon Avenue in Los Angeles, California. Despite attempting to rest at home for the weekend, she began to experience back and neck pain, headaches, and noticed that her eyes were swollen. Her worsening condition forced her to go to a local urgent care. From there, her care consisted of physical therapy, appointments with a neurologist, orthopedic care, and acupuncture.
