On November 10, 2021, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the driver of a 2006 Porsche Cayenne had the green light when she entered the intersection of Duenda Road and Escala Drive in San Diego, California. As she proceeded through the intersection, another driver took the red light, sped through the intersection, and caused a collision.
