On September 17, 2024, Plaintiff John Doe was a permissive driver of his friend’s 2015 Porsche 911 GT3. Plaintiff John Doe’s brother was also a passenger in that vehicle. John Doe came to a full stop at the intersection of Oxnard and Edision at approximately 10:30 p.m. After coming to a full and complete stop, Joe Doe was rear-ended by Joe Doe, who was operating a sedan.
In litigation, the Defendant claimed the damage to the 2015 Porsche 911 GT3 was minimal. Defendant disputed personal injuries on the grounds that John Doe had prior claims and was involved in a subsequent collision in April of 2025.
