Contested Liability, Policy Limits Secured in Litigation
On April 12, 2023, our client was travelling on Riverside Drive in Burbank, California, when she was hit by another vehicle. The insurance company for the responsible driver denied liability and eventually claimed the responsible driver had a “sudden medical emergency.” After filing this case quickly, and taking an aggressive approach with the insurance company in litigation, we were able to secure the $100,000.00 policy limit for our client.
