On September 3, 2023, our clients, a couple, were on their way to Laguna Beach, California, when they had to come to a sudden stop due to oncoming firetrucks. When they came to a full stop, they were rear-ended by the driver of a Lamborghini Urus.
Both of our clients required medical care as a result of being suddenly rear-ended. State Farm, who insured the responsible driver, asserted that there was only “minor damage” to our clients’ vehicle. As such, from day one, they questioned the “relationship of the injuries [our clients claimed] as a result of this accident.” When it came time to make a demand, State Farm only offered $17,628.06, claimed that there was no correlation between the collision and our clients’ injuries, and claimed that that was their top offer and evaluation of this case. As such, we filed suit. After aggressive litigation, and multiple depositions, we reached a global settlement of $103,000.00 for our clients!
