$100,000.00 Policy Limits Recovered Under Six Months!

On June 25, 2024, our client was driving on Ventura Boulevard when an underinsured motorist exited a parking lot, failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and caused a “t-bone” collision. After recovering $15,000.00 from KEMPER Insurance, the insurance for the responsible driver, our office worked aggressively to recover the remaining $85,000.00 from our client’s own underinsured motorist coverage with SafeCo/Liberty Mutual.
